We're looking for experienced technicians first — but if you come from a related technical or trade background and are keen to learn, we'll train the right person.
The Role
This is a part‐time position working 2–3 days per week, 9am–5pm (no weekend work), with flexibility in scheduling and rostering to suit you. It's a great fit if you're looking for steady, balanced hours in a stable, long‐term role.

Who We're Looking For
We'd love to hear from you if you have hands‐on experience servicing pools and spas.
Don't have direct pool industry experience? We'll also consider applicants from related technical and trade backgrounds, and provide full training and ongoing development to get you up to speed. Backgrounds we welcome include:
Service technicians
Mechanics
Plumbers
Refrigeration / HVAC technicians
Lifeguards
Or anyone who genuinely enjoys practical, hands‐on work and is willing to learn
About You




You'll thrive in this role if you:
Have pool servicing experience — or a technical/trade background and a genuine willingness to learn
Enjoy working outdoors and interacting with customers
Hold a current driver's licence
Are reliable, self‐motivated, and able to work independently
Communicate clearly and professionally
Are practical, adaptable, and a confident problem‐solver
Enjoy working both solo and as part of a supportive team
What You'll Be Doing
Every day is different, but you'll be responsible for:
Servicing residential and commercial pools and spas
Testing water and balancing chemicals (full training provided)
Maintaining, installing, and troubleshooting equipment including pumps, filters, chlorinators, and automation systems
Managing your service vehicle and stock levels
Preparing quotes and following up with customers
Supporting service sales and customer solutions
