We are seeking a highly skilled SAP HR specialist with expertise in payroll , onboarding, and employee central modules. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of SAP HR processes and configuration, with a focus on payroll management, onboarding procedures, and employee central functionalities.
Responsibilities: n
n
Configure and maintain SAP HR Payroll (Australia) module to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees.
n
Design and implement onboarding processes within the SAP system to streamline new employee integration and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and configure SAP Employee Central module to support HR processes such as employee data management, organizational management, and time and attendance.
n
Provide technical expertise and support for SAP HR modules, including troubleshooting and resolving system issues.
n
Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure seamless integration between SAP HR modules and other enterprise systems.
n




Develop and maintain documentation for SAP HR configurations, processes, and procedures.
n
Stay updated with SAP HR best practices and industry trends to recommend and implement process improvements and system enhancements.
n
Requirements: n
n
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
n
Proven experience in configuring and maintaining SAP HR Payroll, Onboarding, and Employee Central modules.
n
In-depth understanding of SAP HR processes, data structures, and integration points with other SAP modules.
n
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues.
n
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
n
SAP certification in HR modules is a plus.
n
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
n
