As a Field Sales Representative - Broome, you’ll ensure our products are always visible, always available, and always creating excellent experiences for customers. You’ll uncover new business opportunities, strengthen partnerships, and drive growth across your territory.

/n

This is a fast-paced, field sales role, with daily travel across Broome , supporting and servicing our customers. If you’re driven, commercial, and love being out in the market, this is where you’ll make a real impact. This position requires overnight travel every month for travel to Fitzroy Crossing/Looma Community .

This role is offered on a permanent, full time basis.

Key Responsibilities /n

Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets

/n
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your territory

/n
Build strong, lasting relationships with existing customers

/n
Monitor competitor activity and customer trends to provide insights and sharpen market decisions

/n
Collaborate with Marketing to ensure product availability and promotional success

/n
Deliver regular reporting on sales performance, opportunities, and market intelligence

/n

About You /n

You are results-driven with a strong focus on sales,



service, and high‑quality execution.

A valid Australian driver’s licence holder with a willingness to travel throughout the territory

/n
Solid communicator with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships

/n
Organised, strategic, and confident in planning and prioritising work

/n
Problem-solver who turns challenges into opportunities

/n
Resilient, energetic, and able to thrive through change

/n
FMCG, retail, or convenience experience is an advantage (not essential)
