Job Description

Odyssey Victoria is seeking a Duty Worker to support the Therapeutic Community in Lower Plenty. The role involves after-hours residential operations, liaison with staff and residents, and ensuring secure, therapeutic engagement in a busy TC workplace.

The role requires flexibility for weekends/overnight shifts, with meals provided in office and a competitive hourly rate of $46.19–$50.39 plus superannuation.
