Uniting Care Queensland is seeking a Casual Supported Living Facilitator to provide in-home care to clients living in the community, helping with daily living activities and maintaining independence. You will travel between client homes, following individual Care Plans, with shifts primarily Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.
