About the Role /n

We are currently seeking a Full time Dispensary Technician to join our supportive and team-oriented team. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer care.

Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting the pharmacist within the dispensary

/n
Ordering and unpacking dispensary stock

/n
Providing appropriate information and advice on OTC medicines

/n
Maintaining a clean, organised, and productive dispensary

/n
Delivering exceptional customer service in both the dispensary and front-of-shop when required

/n
Webster packing as needed

/n

About You /n

Experience is valued; however, we are happy to train the right candidate who brings enthusiasm, reliability, and a positive attitude.

Ideally, you will have:

Previous experience as a Dispensary Technician (preferred but not essential)

/n
Robust knowledge of pharmacy products

/n
Excellent computer skills

/n
Outstanding customer service skills

/n
A reliable and enthusiastic work ethic

/n
The ability to adapt and work effectively within a team

Strong communication skills
