Our Snooze Tweed Heads and Bundall stores are seeking a Sales Assistant to work at both locations. This role offers variety with a mix of weekdays, weekends, and public holidays. Flexibility is essential.

The successful applicant will play a key role in delivering unforgettable customer experiences and contributing to the store’s ongoing success. For the right applicant, part time or casual hours are available also.

Build rapport and establish relationships with customers

Provide customers with expert sleep solutions

Deliver exceptional customer experiences that reflect Snooze’s brand

Merchandise bedrooms, lift stock, operate computers, and walk the floor

/n
Champion store presentation and operational standards

/n

You already come with the following /n

/n
Retail experience in selling big-ticket items is preferred, but not essential

/n
Natural relationship-building skills

/n
Positive attitude, energy,



and the ability to inspire others

/n
Collaborate with your team to hit targets and achieve store goals

/n
Physically able to walk the floor and safely lift or move stock when required

/n
Adept with computer skills (experience with Pronto an advantage)
