We are seeking a Chef or Cook to join our team at the Cooee Hotel in St Georges Basin NSW 2540 . In this position you will play a key role in delivering exceptional food and exceptional customer service to our guests. Working with our Chefs you will gain experience.
What you'll be doing /n

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes from our seasonal menu
/n
Ensure all food is prepared to the highest quality standards
/n
Maintain a clean and organised kitchen setting
/n
Collaborate with the team to deliver a seamless dining experience for our customers
/n
Follow all relevant health and safety regulations
/n
What we're looking for /n

We are looking for someone passionate about food & Customer service that wants to expand on their skills, working with some of the best Chefs on the Coast.

Robust knowledge of food preparation,
cooking techniques and hygiene practices
/n
Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively
/n
Excellent time management and organisational skills
/n
Passion for creating delicious, high-quality meals
