Clubhouse Bistro has a dynamic culinary team operating multiple kitchens, with a solid commitment to quality and creativity. Clubhouse Bistro serves over 3000 guests per week in our flagship venue, providing a vibrant dining experience in a high-volume environment.

We are dedicated to fostering a cooperative atmosphere where chefs can expand their skills and knowledge.

Key responsibilities /n

Maintain quality control of meals being produced

/n
Be polite and courteous while interacting with our service provider

/n
Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene and assisting with audit requirements

/n
Mentor and train apprentice chefs to enhance their skills and knowledge

/n
Work efficiently in a fast-paced setting, maintaining composure under pressure

/n
Be highly organised and manage their own workflow within their kitchen section

/n
Assist in food preparation and cooking under the guidance of qualified chefs

/n
Learn various cooking techniques and kitchen operations

/n
Contribute to menu development and special events

/n
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen

Participate in training sessions to enhance culinary skills
