As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll support customers across a range of well-known automotive and mobility brands. This is a fast-paced role where you'll help thousands of Australians every day when things don't go to plan.

Whether it's a vehicle breakdown, roadside emergency, collision, or mobility issue, you'll provide support, reassurance, and practical solutions when customers need them most.

Key responsibilities /n

Assist customers experiencing vehicle breakdowns and roadside incidents

/n
Coordinate roadside assistance and recovery services

/n
Support customers following vehicle collisions

/n
Provide explicit, accurate, and empathetic customer service

/n
Navigate multiple systems while maintaining a high level of accuracy

/n
Solve problems and deliver positive customer outcomes

/n

Strong communication and active listening skills

/n
Excellent attention to detail

/n
Proficient computer literacy and navigating multiple systems

/n
Robust problem-solving abilities

/n
The ability to remain calm under pressure

A positive attitude and team-focused approach

/n
Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and outside standard business hours

/n
Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, administration, emergency services, or other customer facing environments will be highly regarded

/n
Option to convert to permanent part time or full-time employment following an initial period of casual employment

/n
