PART-TIME MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST – (2.5 days a week)

An exciting chance exists for a dynamic Receptionist to join our passionate team of General Practitioners, Nurses and Receptionists.

/n

Receptionist will be responsible for:

/n

Responding to telephone calls, appointments, emails, faxes

/n

Invoicing and receipting

/n

End of day settlements

/n

End of day banking

/n

Scanning

/n

Personal Attributes:

/n

Medical receptionist experience preferred but not essential

/n

Experience using Best Practice highly desirable however not essential

/n





Able to multi-task and enjoy a busy environment

/n

Reliable and conscientious

/n

Well presented

/n

Able to work in a team environment and or autonomously

/n

Excellent communication and customer service skills

/n

Energetic, efficient, empathetic and patient focused

/n

Undertake all duties in a diligent manner, with honesty and integrity

/n
