This is a senior position in lead generation for commercial solar and battery solutions. You will speak with business owners, identify commercial solar and battery opportunities, and book appointments for our Field Sales Consultants. Some customers are ready immediately, while others need regular follow-up.

Key responsibilities /n

Identify potential commercial solar and battery opportunities
/n
Book qualified appointments for Field Sales Consultants
/n
Follow up businesses that have already shown interest
/n
Build relationships through qualified and consistent communication
/n
Contact existing customers to identify opportunities for additional solar or battery storage
/n
Keep accurate CRM records, schedule follow-ups and work closely with the Field Sales team
/n
About you /n
/n
Previous solar telemarketing experience is mandatory
/n
A proven ability to book quality appointments
/n
Solid follow-up and organisational skills
/n
A positive, reliable and team-focused attitude
/n
/n
$40 per hour plus Superannuation plus Paid annual leave, Paid personal and sick leave
/n
Significant earning potential on top of your hourly wage 3% commission
/n
A solid workplace culture with very low staff turnover

Ongoing training and coaching from Sales Coach

Friday work-from-home or rest day
