About the role
Just Automotive Recruitment is searching for a Business Manager to join a successful dealership in Chatswood, NSW, responsible for driving finance and insurance performance while delivering outstanding customer service.

Duties
Process finance applications for new and used vehicle purchases.
Provide professional customer service throughout the finance process.
Submit finance applications and manage them through settlement.
Present and sell relevant insurance and finance-related options to customers.




Follow up previous customers to identify vehicle upgrades and refinancing opportunities.

Skills and experience
Previous experience in automotive finance, business management or a related automotive sales environment.
Robust customer service and relationship-building skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Solid attention to detail when preparing and processing finance applications.
Ability to work confidently across both volume and prestige vehicle sales environments.
