Job Description

Brunetti Oro in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Pastry Chef to join our gelato team on a part time basis (3 days per week). The role covers pastry and gelato production, cakes and desserts, with responsibility for inventory, storage and a clean, organized kitchen.

You will bring robust pastry skills, a creative eye for decoration and a solid understanding of food safety. Experience with gelato is advantageous, and working rights in Australia are required.
