Head Bartender | Rick's Garage, Palmwoods Full time | Wednesday to Sunday | Level 4 Three bars. One list. Yours to build. /n

Rick's Garage is a 300 seat American diner in Palmwoods with three bars: the Retro Bar, the Whiskey Bar and the Garden Bar. Live music, functions, car clubs, and a diner menu that doesn't take itself too seriously.

We're looking for a Head Bartender to own the drinks across all three.

/n

Not to run someone else's list. To build your own.

Full time, Wednesday to Sunday. Two days off together, every week.

Level 4 under the Restaurant Industry Award

Real ownership of the cocktail and non-alc list, the specs and the training behind it.

What you'll do /n





Build and run the cocktail and non-alc list across all three bars, tied to the menu, the specials and the events calendar.

/n

Set the specs and train the team so every drink comes out the same.

/n

Run stocktake, ordering and inventory across the bars.

/n

Lead the bar through busy trade, functions and live music nights.

/n

Open, run and close the bars properly.

What you need /n

Experience as a Head Bartender, senior bartender or bar supervisor.

/n

Solid classic cocktail knowledge and a palate you trust.

/n

Confidence leading and training a team.

/n

Experience with stock control and ordering.

/n

Current QLD RSA.
