About the Role n
As a Support Worker, you will empower people from diverse backgrounds to achieve their goals, build independence, and stay connected with their communities. We have opportunities for a variety of roles:

Permanent Part time

What you'll do n
n
Deliver high-quality, person-centred support tailored to individual participant needs and goals.
n
Assist participants with personal care, dressing and daily living tasks, fostering independence and confidence.
n
Provide medication support, including prompting and administration where required.
n
Utilise safe manual handling practices in line with best-practice standards.
n
Complete accurate documentation, follow support and risk management plans, and liaise professionally with participants, families and key stakeholders.
n
Maintain compliance with workplace health and safety requirements and organisational policies.
n

What you'll need n
n
Minimum Qualifications certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability, Mental Health, AIN or equivalent;or
n
University students welcome to apply (Allied Health, Nursing, OT, and related fields)
n
Experience in supporting clients with complex needs and behaviours
n
Current First Aid & CPR certification
n
Valid NSW Driver's Licence
n
Working with Children Check
n
National Police Check (within 3 months)
n
NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module
n
Ability to lift up to 10kg unassisted
n
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
n
