Duties of the role
Due to the small size of the mine, this position will have a broad range of responsibilities. Reporting into the maintenance leading hand and working closely with 4 other tradespeople, you will enjoy;-
Working in a role with a wide range of duties and responsibilities, you'll be an experienced all rounder with expertise in most areas of UG electrical maintenance - rates reflect this
Duties:
jumbo box starters,



maintenance on fans, pumps and vents, communications systems, power supply, ****v and HV reticulation, drill services, RCT remote tele technologies, HV switching
Surface and underground electrical work
Working autonomously and in a team
Your value and experience
Ideally 3+ years' recent experience working in the UG hard rock mining environment - required
Experience working on UG mining drill services - required
Strong diagnostic and breakdowns skills
Ability to work well in a team and unsupervised
Ability to FIFO from Brisbane or Maroochydore
Strong safety values
