We are seeking an enthusiastic and versatile
All Rounder / Barista
to join our team at Bobbin Head Bakery in North Turramurra, NSW. This is a
casual position
that offers flexibility and variety in a fast-paced hospitality environment. As an All Rounder / Barista, you will be the backbone of our café operations, delivering exceptional customer service whilst maintaining the highest standards of food and beverage preparation. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in dynamic settings and enjoy working across multiple areas of a hospitality business.
Key responsibilities n
n
Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based coffee drinks and other beverages with precision and consistency
n
Take customer orders and process payments accurately
n
Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment, including regular sanitisation of equipment and surfaces
n
Assist with food preparation, plating and presentation according to established standards
n
Stock and rotate inventory, ensuring adequate supplies of coffee, milk, food items and consumables
n
Provide friendly, attentive and professional customer service to all guests
n
Work collaboratively with team members
n
Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies
n
What we're looking for n

Demonstrated experience preparing espresso-based beverages
n
Strong customer service skills with a friendly and welcoming demeanour
n




Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workplace during peak periods
n
Basic food handling knowledge and understanding of health and hygiene standards
n
Flexibility and willingness to assist across multiple areas of the café
n
Reliability and the ability to manage casual shifts responsibly
n
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
n
Attention to detail in beverage and food presentation
n
Previous hospitality or café experience is advantageous
