Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and organised Full time Property Manager to join our growing property management team in Brisbane. You will manage a residential property portfolio and provide qualified day-to-day property management services.

Key responsibilities
n
Manage a residential property portfolio and provide professional day-to-day property management services
n
Liaise with landlords, tenants, contractors and other stakeholders in a professional and timely manner
n
Conduct routine inspections, entry and exit inspections, and prepare detailed inspection reports
n
Manage lease renewals, rent reviews, tenancy agreements and tenancy variations
n
Monitor rent payments, follow up arrears and issue relevant notices where required
n
Coordinate routine and urgent maintenance, obtain quotations and follow up contractors
n
Manage tenant enquiries, maintenance requests, complaints and general tenancy matters
n
Process water usage charges, invoices, bond matters and other tenancy-related accounts
n
Prepare and issue RTA forms and ensure tenancy documentation is completed accurately
n
Assist with breach management, dispute resolution and QCAT matters where required
n
About you
n




Previous experience in residential property management is highly desirable
n
Strong understanding of Queensland property management and RTA requirements
n
Excellent communication and customer service skills
n
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
n
Confident handling difficult conversations and resolving tenancy issues professionally
n
High attention to detail and strong documentation skills
n
Able to work independently while also contributing to a team environment
n
Comfortable using property management software and digital systems
n
Current Queensland real estate
registration/certificate
as required
n
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
n
