Job Description

Cumberland City Council is seeking a Customer Service Officer – Aquatic Centres for casual work at its swim centres west of Sydney. You will be the first contact for enquiries and bookings, delivering a high-quality customer experience across multiple venues.

The role requires WWCC, First Aid, team collaboration, and robust communication. Commercial hours include weekends with supportive training and access to facilities for staff.
