Position: Customer Service Officer (Part time)- School-friendly hours

Are you an experienced Customer Service Officer looking for a role that offers flexibility around school hours? Motor One Autobody is seeking a friendly, organised, and professional team member to support our Jamisontown repair centre.

About the Role /n

This is a part time position with school-based hours. You will be the first point of contact for our customers and play an important role in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities /n

Key responsibilities include:

Greeting customers and visitors

/n
Managing phone calls and email enquiries

/n
General administration and office support

/n
Providing updates to customers throughout the repair process

/n
Assisting with customer vehicle drop-offs and collections

/n
Supporting Site Managers with day-to-day administrative tasks

Maintaining a professional and welcoming reception area

/n

About You /n

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Previous customer service and reception experience

/n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

/n
High attention to detail and solid organisational abilities

/n
Confidence using computers and business software

/n
A reliable and professional work ethic

/n
A positive, team-focused attitude

/n
Experience within the automotive repair industry is highly regarded but not essential.
