is a major distribution company specializing in contract logistics across the east coast of Australia and New Zealand. Following a major contract win, we are seeking experienced
HC Crane Truck Drivers / Operators
to join our fast-paced Victorian team.
n
Can be based in Taralagon, Morwell or Moe
n
Your choice be either
n
n
n
Permanent casual rate HC $*****
n
n
Permanent employee rates HC $*****
n
n
Above rates are for first eight hours, time and half and double time also paid as well as crane allowance
Key Responsibilities n
n
n
Safely operate HR and/or HC vehicles across local and regional Victorian delivery runs.
n
n
Perform vehicle-mounted crane loading, transport, and unloading operations efficiently and safely.
n
n
Strictly adhere to loading, load restraint, and axle-weight regulations.
n
n
Conduct thorough pre-start equipment checks and maintain daily vehicle and crane logbooks.
n
n
Represent John West Logistics professionally on client sites and customer delivery points.
n
What You Need n
n
n
License & Tickets:
n
n
n
Heavy Combination (HC) Driver License (held for a minimum of 2 years).
n
n
High Risk Work License for Vehicle Loading Crane (CV)



or relevant crane tickets.
n
n
n
Experience:
Proven experience operating vehicle-mounted cranes and securing diverse freight (experience with over-
dimensional/specialized
loads highly regarded).
n
n
Compliance Knowledge:
Solid understanding of Heavy Vehicle National Law (HVNL), Chain of Responsibility (CoR), Fatigue Management, and Load Restraint guidelines.
n
n
Attributes:
Strong work ethic, reliable attendance, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining safety standards in a fast-paced setting.
n
