Job Description
Rick's Garage in Palmwoods is seeking a Head Bartender to own the drinks across three bars—the Retro Bar, Whiskey Bar and Garden Bar. You will craft and manage the cocktail and non-alc lists and lead the team across busy trade, events, and live music nights.

We offer full time hours, Wednesday to Sunday, with two consecutive days off each week and Level 4 under the Restaurant Industry Award. Real ownership of the drinks program and a direct line to leadership await the right candidate.
