Engineering Trades Australia are currently seeking experienced Pressure Welders & Coded Welders for an upcoming shutdown at Kogan Creek Power Station, Queensland.
n
We are looking for experienced welders who can mobilise ASAP, with the project expected to run for approximately another month, with potential for further work.

6:1 roster
n
Immediate starts available
n
Approximately 4-6+ weeks of work
n
Accommodation / LAHA available, subject to point of hire and project requirements
n
Potential for ongoing shutdown opportunities following completion
n

$*****/hr - $*****/hr + Penalties + allowances
About You n
To be considered, you will need:
n
n
Trade qualification as a Boilermaker / Welder
n
Solid pressure welding experience
n
Proven 6G welding capability
n
Recent experience with mirror welding
n
Previous boiler / power station experience highly regarded
n
Ability to pass a project-specific weld test
n
Current relevant tickets, qualifications and site competencies
n
Ability to pass the required medical, drug & alcohol screening and site inductions
n
Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship
n
