We're looking for
Production / Packaging Operators
to join our brand-current, state‐of‐the‐art food and beverage manufacturing facility in Melbourne's South‐East.
n

What will you be doing? n
You'll be an important part of the production team, helping turn quality products into finished goods ready for customers.
n
Your day will include:
n
n
Operating production and packaging machinery
n
Monitoring equipment and production processes
n
Keeping materials stocked and production moving
n
Assisting with product and packaging changeovers
n




Performing quality checks throughout production
n
Making basic machine adjustments and troubleshooting
n
Packing and preparing finished products
n
Maintaining a clean, organised and safe production area
n
Completing production records and documentation
n
Following food safety, quality and WHS procedures
n
Working closely with the wider team to keep production on track
n
What are we looking for? n
We're after someone who is
reliable, switched-on and ready to get stuck in.
n
You'll ideally have:
n
n
Previous experience in
production, manufacturing, FMCG, food & beverage or packaging
n
Experience operating production or packaging machinery
n
Good mechanical aptitude
n
Strong attention to detail
n
A positive, reliable and hardworking attitude
n
A strong focus on safety and quality
n
The ability to follow procedures and production requirements
n
The ability to work well as part of a team
n
A willingness to learn and grow
n
n
A
current LF Forklift Licence
and relevant manufacturing qualifications will be highly regarded.
n
