The Opportunity
We are looking for a
Warehouse Manager
to join us on a full time basis at our warehouse in Lawnton.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee all daily warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound logistics, inventory management and order fulfilment.
Ensure accurate, efficient and timely processing of deliveries, stock movements and customer orders.
Drive continuous improvement by developing, implementing and optimising warehouse processes and operational procedures.
Recruit, train, coach and lead warehouse team members, fostering a high-performing and collaborative culture.
Manage workforce planning, task allocation and performance management to maximise productivity and service levels.
Champion workplace safety by maintaining compliance, conducting inspections, managing risks and promoting safe work practices.
Monitor inventory accuracy through stock control, cycle counts and audits, implementing corrective actions where required.
Deliver exceptional customer service while analysing warehouse performance metrics and providing operational reporting to management.

What You Bring to the Team:
Unrestricted Driver's Licence.
Demonstrated warehouse management, logistics and inventory control experience.
Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong leadership and team management abilities, with effective communication skills
Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
