We are currently seeking experienced
Enrolled Nurse to join our supportive team at our Berwick Home on a Part-time basis. This role is a 6 months contract with a possible extension. Multiple roles available.

About the Role n
As an
Enrolled Nurse
, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality clinical care and enhancing the wellbeing of our residents.
n




Working both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will provide clinical leadership, advocate for resident-centred care, and contribute to creating a secure, positive, and engaging environment where residents can thrive.
Key Responsibilities n
n
Co-ordinate professional care practices according to individual care plans and documented policies and procedures
n
Safe administration of medication
n
Maintaining clinical documentation
n
Adhere to national standards and legal requirements
n
Engage with residents on a daily basis
n
Promote a culture of safety, dignity, and respect
n
About You n
To be successful, you will have:
n
n
Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
n
Should have at least one year of experience working in a similar role in an aged care
n
Strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and regulations
n
Knowledge of AN-ACC funding and assessments
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
Confidence using electronic clinical systems and documentation platforms
n
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
n
Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
n
n
