We are a long-established lift service and installation company based in Kelvin Grove, with
30 years of experience and a solid reputation within the industry

We are looking for a
reliable, organised and detail-focused Accounts Officer
to join our office team on a permanent full-time basis.
n
Working closely with a Director and as part of a small team of eight, this is a varied position suited to someone who enjoys combining
accounts and administration
in a reliable small-business environment.
About the Role
n
This is a permanent full-time position of
40 hours per week
, with hours Monday to Friday, commencing
7:00am
.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Accounts payable and accounts receivable
n
Bank reconciliations
n
Fortnightly payroll processing for field staff
n
Supplier statement reconciliations
n
Following up overdue accounts
n
Email management and general correspondence
n
Answering and directing telephone enquiries
n
Data entry, filing and general administrative support
n
Scheduling and service coordination support
n
Maintaining accurate records and documentation
n
Using MYOB, Microsoft Office and Google Drive
n
About You
n
We are looking for someone who is:

Reliable, organised and professional
n




Highly attentive to detail
n
Experienced with accounting software — MYOB experience is desirable
n
Experienced in bookkeeping or accounts administration — desirable
n
A good problem solver with a practical approach
n
Comfortable working independently while contributing to a small team
n
Willing to learn and take on new responsibilities
n
Well organised and able to manage competing priorities
n
Able to communicate clearly and professionally
n
Year 12 or equivalent
n
Holds full working rights in Australia
n
Candidates with strong administrative skills who are looking to develop their accounts and bookkeeping experience are also encouraged to apply.
