Cater Care is seeking an experienced Barista to join our hospitality team at an aged care site in Middle Swan.
n
We're looking for someone with strong hospitality skills, a customer-focused approach and a genuine passion for delivering quality service. You'll be part of a professional hospitality team, supporting the daily café and catering operations while providing a welcoming experience for residents, visitors and staff.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare consistently high-quality espresso coffee and specialty beverages for residents, visitors and staff
n
Deliver warm, friendly and professional customer service in an aged care environment
n
Assist with food preparation, meal service and café operations
n
Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, cleanliness and resident wellbeing
n
Support residents with patience,



respect and a friendly approach

Desired Skills and Experience n
About You
n
n
Qualified Barista with previous experience in a café, hospitality or aged care environment
n
Passionate about coffee, food and delivering quality service
n
Reliable, flexible and a positive team player who works well in a busy workplace
n
Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene and safe food handling
n
Friendly and approachable, with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in supporting older people
n
