RCL Consulting is recruiting a Project Manager for a highly reputable commercial construction builder with a robust footprint across Queensland.

The business has a solid pipeline of quality projects ranging from $5M – $50M, across education, health, multi-residential and mixed-purpose developments.

The Role /n

You will take ownership of projects from pre-construction through to completion, working closely with clients, consultants,



subcontractors and site teams to deliver projects safely, commercially and to a high standard.

About You /n

/n
Proven experience as a Project Manager within commercial construction

/n
Experience delivering projects between $5M – $50M

/n
Robust commercial and contractual knowledge

/n
Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills

/n
A genuine interest in a long-term chance with a reputable builder
