Working closely with our management team, you will help ensure the daily cleaning operation runs efficiently and our properties are guest-ready within the required timeframes. This is a supervisory role with a hands-on component. While your primary responsibility will be overseeing the cleaning operation, you will also be expected to assist with cleaning when required, particularly during busy periods, staff shortages or when a property needs an extra set of hands.

Key responsibilities /n

Supervising and supporting our cleaning team

/n
Coordinating daily cleaning schedules and allocating properties

/n
Monitoring progress throughout the day and ensuring properties are completed on time

/n
Carrying out quality-control inspections of completed properties

/n
Providing guidance, training and constructive feedback to cleaners

/n
Helping maintain consistent cleaning and presentation standards across all properties

/n
Identifying maintenance, damage, missing items or other property issues and reporting them promptly

/n
Communicating with management regarding property readiness and any issues

/n
Assisting with cleaning when required,



including stepping in when the team is short-staffed or additional support is needed

/n

About you /n

/n
Previous experience in cleaning, housekeeping, accommodation or a similar environment

/n
Previous supervisory, team leader or coordination experience

/n
Excellent attention to detail

/n
Solid organisational and time-management skills

/n
The ability to prioritise and keep a team on track during busy periods

/n
Positive communication skills and the confidence to provide transparent, respectful direction

/n
A proactive approach to identifying and solving problems

/n
The ability to work independently and take ownership of your responsibilities

/n
A genuine commitment to maintaining high cleaning and presentation standards

/n
A current driver's licence and reliable transport
