Job Description /n

We are currently seeking a Commercial Property Manager to join our team. The key role will be responsible for effectively managing and maximising the performance of the allocated property portfolio on behalf of our clients.

The main responsibilities of the role include: /n

/n
Overseeing the presentation, maintenance, accounts and compliance of their portfolio.

/n
Building and managing close relationships with their clients and tenants of the assets.

/n
Prepartion of all related contracts, reports, budgets, reconciliations, correspondence and documentation.

/n
Proactively managing the income and expenditure as well as the financial reporting requirements for their client.

/n




Communicate frequently with their client and all tenants to provide timely relevant and professional advice in all aspects of the management of the portfolio.

About You /n

You’ll be organised, proactive and commercially minded, with robust communication skills and a practical approach to problem‑solving.

You’ll ideally have:

/n

/n
Previous commercial/residential property management experience

/n
Current NSW Certificate of Registration or relevant real estate licence

/n
Solid organisational and relationship-management skills

/n
Confidence with reconciliations and property financials

/n
Valuable Microsoft Office skills

/n
Current Australian Driver Licence and reliable vehicle

/n
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

/n
Experience with CIRRUS8 (or similar) is highly regarded, but not essential.
