The Opportunity
/n
In this role, you will complete preventative & reactive maintenance across a cluster of Coles sites. Reporting to your Field Operations Supervisor, you will work to maintain high standards across your stores, provide exceptional customer service and build robust relationships.
/n
The successful candidate will be an experienced Refrigeration/HVAC Technician, who is comfortable working autonomously to deliver timely outcomes.
/n
Your cluster will be based in Wollongong.
/n
Your key responsibilities will include:
/n
/n
Take full responsibility for delivery of repairs and maintenance services,
on multiple high-end state of the art refrigeration sites.
/n
Conduct frequent Planned Preventative Maintenance so that critical breakdown issues do not occur.
/n
Respond to reactive Refrigeration/HVAC maintenance work in a timely manner.
/n
Be an effective communicator and develop strong partnerships with all key stakeholders.
/n
Work on a rotating on-call roster, 13 weeks per year.
