We are seeking an experienced
Senior Data Governance Analyst
to support the implementation of a Data Governance Framework across a large and complex organisation.
n
Working across business and technology teams, you will lead stakeholder engagement, facilitate governance working groups, and help embed governance roles, processes, and decision‐making practices into day‐to‐day operations.
Key Responsibilities n
n
Implement data governance processes and operating models across business areas.
n
Facilitate workshops and working groups to establish data ownership and stewardship.
n
Partner with business and technology stakeholders to embed governance practices.
n
Identify risks, dependencies, and barriers to adoption and drive solutions.
n
Monitor progress and support the transition of governance activities into business‐as‐usual operations.
n
Build strong relationships and influence stakeholders to achieve governance outcomes.
n
Skills & Experience n
n




Experience delivering data and digital transformation initiatives in government, regulated, or complex enterprise environments. (Essential)
n
Demonstrated experience implementing data governance frameworks and operating models.
n
Strong understanding of data ownership, stewardship, metadata, data quality, and governance processes.
n
Proven workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
n
Experience driving organisational change and embedding current ways of working.
n
Strong analytical, problem‐solving, and communication skills is key .
n
