Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced
Site / Project Coordinator
to join a well-established construction subcontractor working across major data centre projects in
Western Sydney
.
n
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‐on construction professional who enjoys being close to the action and wants to play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of a major project.
n
The position offers an
immediate start
, with the opportunity to transition from
temporary to permanent for the right person
.
The Role n
Working closely with the Project Manager, Site Manager and wider project team, you will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day administration and delivery requirements across the project.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Providing day-to-day coordination and administrative support to the Project and Site Teams
n
Coordinating project documentation, registers and reporting
n
Assisting with subcontractor and supplier coordination
n
Managing RFIs, transmittals, correspondence and project records
n
Supporting procurement, purchase orders and material deliveries
n
Coordinating site meetings, minutes and action items
n
Assisting with project scheduling and tracking key project milestones
n
Coordinating timesheets, site attendance and onboarding requirements
n
Supporting WHS, QA and compliance documentation
n
Assisting with variations, progress claims and project cost tracking
n
Liaising with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders
n
Ensuring project documentation is accurate,
up to date and easily accessible
n
Providing general coordination support to keep the project moving efficiently
n
About You n
We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and comfortable working in a busy, site-based construction environment.
n
You'll ideally bring:
n
n
Previous experience as a
Project Coordinator, Site Coordinator, Project Administrator or Site Administrator
n
Experience working for a
construction contractor or subcontractor
n
Strong understanding of construction project processes and site administration
n
Excellent organisational and time management skills
n
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
n
Confident communication skills with the ability to liaise with subcontractors, suppliers and project teams
n
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook
n
Experience with systems such as
Procore, Aconex, HammerTech or similar
will be highly regarded
n
A proactive, hands‐on approach and willingness to get involved across all areas of the project
n
Current

and driver's licence
