Queensland Childcare Services (QCCS) is seeking passionate Lead Educators to join
Rosewood Early Education Centre (EEC)
.
n
Schedule:
Monday – Friday, up to 38 hours per week
Location:
Rosewood
Compensation:
Up to $39/hr + Super (depending on position and qualification)
n
Lead Educator
n Lead Educators are responsible for guiding a room with creativity and confidence, mentoring team members, and ensuring high-quality educational programs.
n
Responsibilities:
n
n
Lead curriculum planning and program delivery for children aged 0–5 years
n
Mentor and support Assistant Educators
n
Foster inclusive, engaging, and safe learning environments
n
Build strong partnerships with families and the wider community
n
Ensure compliance with regulatory and centre standards
n
n
Qualifications & Attributes:
n
n
Diploma in Early Childhood Education
n
Current Blue Card
n
Leadership experience and solid curriculum knowledge
n
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
n
n
