nAbout the role n
n
The ICT Senior QA Associate provides Quality and regulatory oversight across Lifeblood's technology-enabled business projects, ensuring that computerised systems and digital solutions are appropriately assessed, validated and implemented in accordance with Lifeblood's quality management system and applicable regulatory requirements.
n
n
The role works across both Agile and Waterfall project environments, providing practical guidance to project teams on Computerised System Validation (CSV), Computer Software Assurance (CSA), risk-based testing, validation deliverables and quality requirements throughout the system development lifecycle.
n
n
As Lifeblood increasingly adopts AI, automation, data-driven solutions and other emerging technologies, the role will also contribute to the development and application of appropriate Quality and validation approaches for these technologies in a regulated environment

n
Demonstrated experience in Computerised System Validation (CSV), Computer Software Assurance (CSA), software quality assurance or a similar discipline within a regulated environment.
n
n




Demonstrated understanding of Agile and Waterfall software development methodologies and the ability to apply appropriate risk-based Quality and validation approaches within both.
n
n
Experience providing Quality or validation oversight across the system development lifecycle, including requirements, risk assessment, testing, validation, implementation and change control.
n
n
Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of regulatory
frameworks/guidelines
such as TGA, GAMP, NATA, and industry standards to ensure business operations meet compliance and quality expectations.
n
n
Demonstrated experience working collaboratively with project managers, Information and Communications Technology (ICT) teams, business stakeholders, testing teams and technical subject matter experts.
n
n
Demonstrated ability to identify quality and regulatory risks and recommend appropriate controls or mitigation strategies.
n
n
Strong communication, facilitation, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
n
