Junior Contracts Administrator
to join its team in the

The Role n
Working alongside experienced Project Managers and Contracts Administrators, you'll gain hands‐on exposure to:

Contracts administration & project coordination
n
Procurement & subcontractor management
n
Variations, claims & progress payments
n
Cost tracking & commercial reporting
n
Tendering & estimating
n
Project documentation & compliance
n
Live commercial construction projects
n
n
You'll be trained and supported from day one, with
increasing responsibility as your skills and experience develop
.




About You n
We're looking for someone who is:
n
n
A recent graduate in
Construction Management, Building, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
n
A construction cadet or junior professional looking for their next step
n
Commercially minded, organised and detail-focused
n
Proactive with a robust work ethic
n
Confident communicating with different stakeholders
n
Genuinely ambitious about building a career in construction
n
n
Previous Contracts Administration experience isn't essential. We are looking for potential, attitude and a willingness to learn.
