Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse who will partner with our clients living in the
Rockingham
,
Baldivis
,
Golden
Bay, and Secret Harbour
areas, supporting them to achieve their goals and maintain their independence.
n
This is a
permanent part-time
position working
***** hours
per fortnight and you will be required to live close to our clients and can commit to working every
Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday
between
8am-4pm
.

To be successful, you will possess the following: n
n




Current Registration with the AHPRA.
n
Experience with wound care, catheters, and diabetes management.
n
Excellent communication and assessment skills.
n
2 years plus post qualification.
n
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage change in a care or service- related environment.
n
Be able to prioritise their workload safely and efficiently with a focus on our clients.
n
A satisfactory National Police Clearance that is less than one year old.
n
Current CPR and First Aid Certificate (or willing to obtain)
n
Hold a current drivers' licence and own a reliable car, for travelling between clients.
n
Community nursing experience will be highly regarded.
n
