We're looking for a Store Manager to take the reins of a Belrose showroom, lead from the floor and create a high-performing sales environment.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys the sales side of leadership, building customer relationships, closing opportunities, motivating a small team and taking ownership of the showroom's performance.

What You'll Be Doing

Take ownership of daily showroom performance and sales results
n
Lead, motivate and support a small team
n
Drive your own sales while setting the standard for the team
n
Build genuine relationships with customers and guide them through considered purchases
n
Monitor sales targets, KPIs and individual performance
n
Keep the team focused on follow-up and converting opportunities
n
Manage rosters and day-to-day showroom operations
n
Maintain a polished, customer-ready showroom environment
n
Support recruitment and onboarding as the team grows
n
Lead by example and step in wherever needed
n

What You'll Bring

Previous furniture retail or showroom sales experience
n
Store Management or senior sales experience
n
A proven track record of hitting sales targets
n
Strong commercial awareness and confidence with KPIs
n
Natural leadership skills and the ability to influence a small team

A hands-on, energetic approach to retail

Strong customer service and relationship-building skills

A genuine drive to sell and achieve results
