Baxter Transport is currently recruiting for an experienced and qualified Truck Driver to join their service department located in the Southern Riverina town of Berrigan NSW. The successful candidate will need to undertake and possess:
n
n
Loading and unloading vehicles using lifting and tipping devices
n
Observing safety requirements when loading and unloading vehicles
n
Making regular quality checks of vehicles to ensure they can be driven safely
n
Estimating weights to comply with load limitations and ensuring secure distribution of weight
n
Ensuring goods are stowed and securely covered to prevent loss and damage
n




Verifying loading documents, checking condition of goods and obtaining certification of deliveries
n
n
Skills and Abilities:
n
n
Ideally have a minimum of 2 years' experience as a qualified Truck Driver
n
An AQF Certificate II or III in Truck Driving or relevant experience
n
Ability to work in a team environment
n
n
Salary range is $75,000 - $90,000pa commensurate with experience. Fulltime Position available. Application opens on 7th of September **** and closes on 7th of October ****.
