to lead our excavator and ancillary maintenance team on a long-term mining operation in the
Blackwater / Bowen Basin region.

About the Role n
Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent, you'll lead a team of tradespeople responsible for the maintenance and reliability of the site's
excavator and ancillary fleet
.
n
You'll be responsible for coordinating maintenance activities, supporting equipment availability and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
About You n
You'll be an experienced
Mining Maintenance Supervisor




with strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of heavy mobile equipment maintenance.
n
To be successful, you'll have:
n
n
Previous experience as a
Maintenance Supervisor in mining
n
Strong knowledge of
excavator and ancillary equipment maintenance
n
Liebherr excavator experience is
highly regarded
n
Proven ability to lead, coach and develop a maintenance team
n
Experience coordinating
planned and reactive maintenance
n
Strong safety, communication and problem-solving skills
n
A focus on equipment reliability, quality and continuous improvement
n
Strong planning, decision-making and organisational skills
n
Current Australian Driver Licence
n
Relevant mechanical trade qualification is highly regarded
n
