The exciting prospect

Choice of casual or part-time work with a variety of shifts available
n
Deliver high quality clinical care to residents of our beautiful 135 bed aged care Blue Haven facility in Kiama
n
Conduct and analyse assessments to determine care needs
n
Formulate and update person centred care plans aligned to residents needs and wishes
n
Complete comprehensive documentation and progress notes that accurately reflect the care delivered
n
Provide supervision and direction to Personal Care Workers
n
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care
n

About you
n
n
Degree as a Registered Nurse with general AHPRA registration
n
Passion for residential aged care and providing the elderly with person centred care
n
Motivated, personable, reliable, transparent and with a sense of ownership
n
NDIS Worker Screening Check and Influenza vaccination (or willing to obtain)
n
Working rights in Australia (sponsorship will not be offered)
n
