Our client is a premium Club offering a diverse hospitality operation across front of house, bar, member services, functions and events. With a strong focus on delivering exceptional member and guest experiences, the Club is looking for an experienced Venue Manager to take ownership of its day-to-day hospitality operations and contribute to its continued growth and reputation. This is an opportunity for a hands‐on hospitality leader who enjoys working in a premium workplace, developing people and balancing outstanding service with strong commercial discipline.
The Role n
As Venue Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the Club's hospitality operation, ensuring members, guests, function clients and visitors receive consistently high levels of service. You will lead from the front, developing a professional and accountable team culture while contributing to revenue growth, cost control and overall operational performance. You will be responsible for:

Leading day-to-day operations across front of house, bar, member services, functions and events
n
Delivering exceptional service standards while managing presentation, feedback and operational issues
n
Leading, coaching and developing the team to create a positive, professional and accountable culture
n
Supporting the planning and delivery of functions, events, activations and member experiences
n
Contributing to revenue,



cost control, profitability and operational improvements across the Club
n
The Candidate n
We are looking for a confident and approachable hospitality leader with a robust service mindset and the ability to lead by example in a busy, premium environment.
n
To be successful, you will have:
n
n
Proven experience in venue, hospitality, club, hotel, restaurant, events or similar operational management
n
Strong leadership capability with a proven ability to coach, motivate and develop teams
n
A genuine passion for customer service, member engagement and creating memorable experiences
n
Solid commercial awareness with confidence contributing to revenue, cost and performance outcomes
n
Excellent organisation, communication and problem‐solving skills with high standards of professionalism and accountability
n
