Job Description
Q Station is seeking an experienced Events Executive or seasoned Events Coordinator to join the Sales Team on-site at one of Sydney's iconic heritage venues. Depending on experience, you may progress to complete ownership of the full event journey, from enquiry to handover.

You will handle inbound inquiries across conferences, special events, and social celebrations, build robust client relationships, coordinate details, and work with internal teams to ensure seamless planning and delivery.
