Revit Technician/ Architect for Multi-Residential Projects n
A respected Melbourne architecture studio is seeking an experienced Architect or Architectural Technician to join their CBD studio on a 3-6 month contract.
n
Known for thoughtful, design-led work across a range of sectors, this established practice offers the opportunity to join a close-knit team of around 35 people and contribute to a substantial multi-residential project.
n
Working closely with a Project Architect within a mid-sized project team, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality documentation and supporting the project through the documentation phase. This is an excellent opportunity for a Revit-skilled qualified looking to join a collaborative studio and gain further experience on a significant multi-residential project.
Key Responsibilities: n
n
Produce high-quality architectural documentation using Revit
n
Develop and maintain detailed drawing packages for a multi-residential project
n
Work closely with the Project Architect and wider project team
n
Contribute to Revit modelling, detailing and documentation coordination
n




Assist with resolving technical and documentation issues throughout the project
n
Support the delivery of accurate, coordinated construction documentation
n
Skills & Experience: n
n
Architecture or Architectural Technology qualification
n
Previous experience working on multi-residential projects
n
Strong Revit skills and experience producing detailed documentation
n
Good understanding of Australian construction documentation and detailing
n
Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively within a project team
n
Available to commence a 5-month contract
