Job Description
Dialysis Australia in Sydney is seeking Registered Nurses (RN's) to deliver home haemodialysis care across NSW, with a 1:1 nurse-to-patient ratio, versatile shifts, and a supportive team.
n
You will provide direct care in patients' homes, coordinate services, deliver education and counselling, mentor newer staff, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives. A $**** sign-on bonus, 12% super, and relocation support are available.
