Job Description
The Royal Children's Hospital in Melbourne seeks a Post Acute Care Registered Nurse for a 6 month fixed term Full Time appointment in the Complex Care Hub. The role focuses on family-centred care and seamless discharge support for children and young people at home after acute hospital care.

Applicants should have advanced clinical knowledge in paediatrics, strong clinical reasoning, and the ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote protected transitions home.
