Hunter Current England Local Health District is seeking a Drug and Alcohol Community Counsellor (Level 1/2) for Armidale/GLenn Innes/Tenterfield, 16 hours per week. The role focuses on holistic, client-centred care within NSW Health's DACS network.
You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans and coordinate referrals to support clients on their path to recovery, while maintaining thorough documentation and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
