We are currently recruiting talented Bartenders to join our growing team. As a Bartender, your objective is to craft signature cocktails and beverages to achieve a continuous flow of enjoyable moments within a fast-paced environment, transforming the guest experience to another level. Your passion for mixology and providing engaging bar experiences will be a key ingredient in shaping the continued success of

Key responsibilities include: n
n
Greet all guests with a friendly and personable attitude.
n
Have an extensive knowledge of the Mr Percivals cocktails and classics.
n
Always keep your section of the bar clean and tidy.
n
Use correct POS and cash handling procedures.
n
Always ensure RSA compliance on shift.
n




Set up the restaurant or function in line with the venues requirements.
n
Follow company policies and procedures and vision.
n
Promote positive guest service standards on each shift to ensure standards of excellence are provided.
n
Participate in all pre/post shift briefings to assist with the smooth transition and handover between shifts.
n
What we are looking for: n
Extensive knowledge of various spirits and classic cocktail recipes Experience in high volume and rapid-paced venues is desirable
n
Friday, Saturday & Sunday availability is essential Valid Queensland RSA is essential
